Dušan Marinković (1968), Full professor of Sociology at the Department of Sociology, Faculty of Philosophy, University of Novi Sad in Serbia. He is Editor in Chief of Mediterran Publishing house. His main fields of interest are sociological theory, sociology of knowledge and sociology of ideology. He is the author and co-author of the books: Reflexive Sociology of Alvin W. Gouldner (2003), Construction of Social Reality in Sociology (2006), Outline for the Sociology of Ideology (2014), Essays on Regional Identity (2016), Essays in Geo-epistemology (2016), Introduction to Sociology (2017). The fields of his interest are geoepistemology, genealogy of Michel Foucault, transformation of public sphere and the relations between heterotopias, space and power.
