Sara Major (1999) is a teaching assistant and doctoral student at the Department of Sociology, University of Novi Sad. She received her bachelor’s (2021) and master’s degree (2022) in sociology at the same university. She began working at the Department in 2021, and before that was a scholarship holder of the Ministry of Science, Technological Development, and Innovation. She is a member of the CTRUST project team (2024-), which is financed by the Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia. She has completed various research stays and professional development programs domestically and abroad, and is a member of the European Sociological Association (RN 11 & RN 32). Her areas of interest include the sociology of emotions, political sociology, as well as the sociological study of (digital) communication.
