Jovana Čikić (1978) is a full professor at the Department of Sociology. She received her bachelor’s degree in 2003, master’s degree in 2008, and doctorate in 2012. As an independent author and co-author, she has published six monographs and more than 110 scientific papers. She has participated in more than 30 research projects, as well as in more than 45 scientific conferences. Her primary interests are sociological research on family, tourism, education, and social deviation. She was awarded by the Serbian Sociological Society for the Best published sociological book (2021), and was a member of the editorial board of the Sociological Review. From 2018 to 2024, she held the positions of deputy head and head of the Department of Sociology. Since 2021, she has been a member of the Ethics Commission at the Faculty of Philosophy.
